Diffusion Pumps - Refurbishment and Functional Testing Procedures

Our Refurbishment and Functional Testing Procedure for Used Diffusion Vacuum Pumps:
Diffusion pump is dismantled and pump interior and components cleaned
Cooling circuit is flushed and checked for leaks, repaired as necessary
Heater is tested performance is verified and replaced as needed
Over temp on heater device is tested, performance verified, replaced as necessary
Vacuum sealing surfaces are inspected, O-Rings seals replaced
Entire diffusion pump is vacuum leaked checked, verified, repaired as necessary
NB: If diffusion pump heater is not supplied with specified voltage the pump will not perform as specified.
